Introduction
SAES will be responsible from the initial application up to the admission stage. This would include the following:

  • SAES head office is located in Cape Town and has representatives in Johannesburg; we will ensure that your application(s) is processed timeously.
  • You will be kept updated on the application status.
  • All applications will be processed on your behalf by SEAS. The only application that you need to complete is the SAES application which you can download from SAES website.
  • Any documentation, supporting papers that are required is to be sent directly to SAES and not to the chosen educational institutions
  • An electronic file containing the details of your application will be made available to you and would be able to check the status of your application as it would be updated on regular basis.
  • There is no need for prospective students to contact the chosen educational institution, all request can be logged with SAES, by phone, fax, or e-mail.
  • SAES will do regular follow-ups on the status of your application and forward regular feedback
